Hotel Shumen is a 12-room hotel constructed in 1926 by Andon Zlatev where an old inn used to be.

The entrepreneurial Andon Zlatev transferred the ownership to his two sons - Mityo and Zlati.

Guests of the hotel could enjoy Shumen wine served in special small bottles and the pub's specialty - sprat.
