The building is situated at a bustling intersection on Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd. The design of this project was led by architect Margarita Yoneva and completed by architect Lyuliana Panayotova in 1989. The establishment was inaugurated on January 19, 1995. During that period, it held the distinction of being the second largest bank building in the nation.
The complex is made up of five interconnected structures arranged in two arcs, with a two-story circular building at the center known as the “Flying Saucer”. The Cash Lounge features 8 cash registers and 56 counters for your convenience. This building is a true icon of Varna’s architectural landscape, representing the essence of the late 20th century.
